Insulation coordination on 400 V and 800 V platforms
- 800-V-class systems: core materials are evaluated at the operating point of your design. Switching frequency follows from the converter topology; insulation and safety ratings from the system.
- PFC chokes: gapped ferrite or a powder core, depending on ripple and the bias the choke has to hold.
- Isolation: transformer construction follows the creepage and clearance your standard requires — we build to the drawing and report what was measured.

DC-DC stage
Transformer cores for the isolated stage, with the winding window sized for the insulation requirement.
EMI filter
Common-mode choke cores are selected by the frequency band to be attenuated, the required impedance and the safety standard — MnZn, NiZn or other materials each suit different bands.
