Tooling and machining
Pressed geometries require a tool; machined samples do not. Both routes are quoted per project, and a geometry change does not start a new sourcing round.

Send a drawing or an operating point. We assess manufacturability, propose a material and geometry, then machine CNC core samples.
A part you can put on a board, with the measured numbers and the conditions they were measured at.
Send the mechanical envelope, or the electrical target: inductance, current, ripple, frequency and ambient temperature.
We state what is manufacturable, which material family fits, and where the trade-off sits.
Machined core samples are produced from the drawing; the sample schedule is confirmed with the quotation. Press-tooled parts need a tool and a longer lead time.
Samples ship with measured parameters and the conditions behind them, so your simulation and the bench agree.
Tooling, control plan and first-article inspection are agreed before volume release.
Pressed geometries require a tool; machined samples do not. Both routes are quoted per project, and a geometry change does not start a new sourcing round.
FeNi powder, MnZn and NiZn ferrite measured on the same bench against your operating point.
Coating options are quoted with the part, together with the insulation requirement they are expected to meet.
A drawing (2D or 3D) is ideal. If you only have targets, send the operating point and the board envelope — we will propose a geometry. Please also state the annual quantity and the qualification standard you must meet, so the route and the inspection plan match it.
Tell us the geometry, the operating point or the drawing. An engineer reviews the request and replies with the next step.
